BK8 Rewards Club
BK8 Rewards Club is designed to reward members not only for playing with us, but also to encourage loyalty, entertainment, and leisure. Members can exchange their BK8 Rewards Club Points for their desired product.
    • BK8’s Rewards Club Points are earned automatically by members when they place valid bets on selected games. These points can be used to enjoy benefits such as exchanging them for products or free bets in our rewards club.

    • For members who join BK8, you will start earning BK8 Rewards Club Points automatically from the moment you place a minimum valid bet on eligible products*. For every minimum valid bet made on eligible products, you will receive an equivalent amount of BK8 Rewards Club Points, as shown in the table below. Any additional valid bets that do not meet the minimum threshold for the next points tier will not be carried forward to the following day. Example scenario as per below:

    Normal Member playing on Saba Sports (Sports product)

    Day 1 - Member has valid bet of RM3750 = 100 points

    Day 2 - Member has valid bet of RM3700 = 0 points

    Day 3 - Member has valid bet of RM5000 = 100 points

    Day 4 - Member has valid bet of RM7500 = 200 points

    Day 5 - Member has valid bet of RM2500 = 0 points

    After 5 days - Member has collected total of 400 points

    *MEGA888 and 918KISS providers are not eligible for BK8 Rewards Club Points. Any valid bets made in these providers will not be counted.

    • The cut off time for accumulating your BK8 Rewards Club Points is every day at 23:59:59. These points will be reflected at 04:00:00 in the BK8 Rewards Club portal based on your latest member tier.
    • No, points will automatically be awarded upon your first successful minimum valid bet.

    • Yes, BK8 Rewards Club Points will expire after ninety (90) days from your last eligible valid bet. To extend the expiry, simply place a new eligible valid bet and your expiry date will reset.

    Note: Any unutilized points will be forfeited during expiration. Please redeem your points at our Rewards Club before it expires to avoid losing them permanently.

    • No, they do not qualify as an eligible valid bet for BK8 Rewards Club Points.
    • No, valid bets placed within claimed promotions that has a turnover requirement (e.g. Welcome, Reload or Freebet bonuses) would not be eligible for BK8 Rewards Club Points.
    • BK8 Rewards Club Points are non-transferable to any other BK8 member’s account.
    • Kindly log in to BK8 and click on Rewards in order to view your BK8 Rewards Club Points. Your latest total available points are reflected on the top right corner. Click on “Points Statement” and you will be able to view your daily and monthly earned / expiring soon / expired points.
    • BK8 Rewards Club allows you to redeem a variety of products ranging from electronics, fashion, home appliances and also other items like coupons, freebets and more.

    • “Products” are items that are listed under the BK8 Rewards Club page that are exchangeable using your BK8 Rewards Club Points. BK8 offers a full range of latest products by local countries depending on your registered location with frequent updates for new arrivals.

    a. What are the available Products for redemption?

    BK8 offers the latest and trendy Products in categories such as Gadgets, Fashion, Home Appliances and many more. For a more complete list of Products, kindly visit BK8 Rewards Club page for more information and surprises.

    b. Will there be insurance for high value Products?

    There will be warranty from each type of brand items but BK8 will NOT be held responsible for any insurance of high value Products being redeemed. This will be the sole responsibility of suppliers that items are purchased from.

    c. Am I able to return the Products?

    Products delivered cannot be returned unless they are not in it's original working condition (e.g. dead on arrival). Refunds are not allowed for Products redemption as BK8 reserves the right to be absolved from any responsibilities in such situations. Should there be any concerns, please contact our Customer Support Live Chat for assistance (within 5 days) after receiving any Products.

    d. Will there be any delivery charges?

    No, as a gesture of goodwill, you will not be charged for delivery or warranty for requested Products.

    e. When will I be able to receive my Products?

    It will take approximately three (3) working days to verify and process your request. Depending on location, you may expect to receive Products within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days after your redemption request is updated as “Approved”.

    a. Who is eligible to play BK8 Wheel of Fortune?

    All members who have registered an account with BK8 are eligible.

    b. How does BK8 Wheel of Fortune work?

    You may claim a spin using your BK8 Rewards Club Points. Simply go to BK8 Rewards Club page, click on the Wheel Of Fortune tab and you will see “SPIN WITH POINTS”.

    c. Is the Reward Points / Products instantly processed?

    For winners of “Reward Points”, it will be credited within 24 hours into your account. For winners of “Products”, our team will be contacting winners to obtain delivery details and items will be processed according to our Products verification and delivery Terms & Conditions.

    Note: If any winner(s) are not contactable, insufficient details provided or did not respond within seven (7) days from prize won, the prize will be considered VOID and will be released back to the Wheel of Fortune pool for other members to win. We may request for a screenshot of the winning prize to verify the authenticity of the prize claimed. Members are advised to take a screenshot of the prize won with the congratulations popup message to facilitate the verification process.

    • Yes, you can still earn BK8 Rewards Club Points while your account is under the Rebate programme.
